This page explains how to delete your account in the Art of Option Learning app (com.artoftrading), published on Google Play by Market Vision Analytics, together with the personal data linked to it.
Delete your account in the app
- Open Art of Option Learning and sign in.
- Tap My Profile on the home screen, or tap your name in the menu.
- Tap Delete My Account.
- Enter your password and tap Confirm delete account.
Ask us to delete your account
No longer have the app, or can't sign in? Send us this form. You don't need the app installed.
Prefer email? Write to artoftradingapp@gmail.com from your registered email address and include your registered mobile number.
What happens next
Before we delete anything, we confirm that the request comes from the account owner by contacting you on your registered mobile number or email address. Once your account is deleted, it can't be restored. We will let you know when it's done.
What gets deleted
- Your profile: name, mobile numbers, email address and password
- Learning Group details, such as your broker and client ID
- Homework, support tickets, messages, and the images and files you uploaded
- Your push-notification token
What we may keep
- Limited information that the law requires us to keep, or that we need for security, to prevent fraud or misuse, or to deal with legal claims. We keep it only as long as that purpose requires.
- Statistics that are aggregated or anonymised so they no longer identify you.
- Data that Google collects for analytics, crash reports and ads, which is kept under Google's own retention settings. You can reset your advertising ID in your phone's settings.
